Owner, Christine Carbone has been a hairstylist for 31 years. Together, Christine and her husband, Curt, opened A Prima Salon in 2008 in Gig Harbor, Washington.

 

In the beginning of her career, she worked for John Paul Mitchell Systems as Senior National Color Educator. Christine was able to assist their platform teams with makeup and model prep at various shows including Hairworld in Berlin, Germany.

 Over the last 8 years she has shifted her focus to Beaded Row Extensions and Non surgical Hair Replacement. We no offer mesh integration and temporary crowns. Christine has a passion for the creativity and personalization that goes into each specific install. She also realized a need for high quality hand tied hair wefts so she set out to create her own line, A Prima Hair Company.
